How does Cancellation Protection work?

If you're unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances, Flight Network's Cancellation Protection may allow you to cancel your trip and receive a reimbursement, in accordance with the Cancellation Protection Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Protection may cover you if you're unable to take your planned flight because of:

• An acute illness, accident, or death affecting you, your traveling companion on the same booking, or a close relative. A certificate from an independent doctor providing treatment is required for illness or accidents.

Cancellation Protection must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
